1. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, authenticity cards, and accessories intact. Products must be returned with the original invoice. Customized eyewear, prescription lenses, and contact lenses are strictly non- returnable, unless received in defective or incorrect condition. Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for return.

2. Return Approval All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Optical World’s quality team. Returns failing to meet the above conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Cases Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering. Items missing original packaging or authenticity materials. Products damaged due to negligence, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations.

Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it as instructed. 4. Once received, the product will undergo a thorough quality check. 5. Upon approval, you may opt for a refund or exchange as per our policies. 5. Refunds Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 6. Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
