Customized eyewear, prescription lenses, and contact lenses are strictly non- cancellable. 7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be returned in original condition with packaging, tags, and authenticity materials intact. Customized eyewear, prescription lenses, and contact lenses are non-refundable except in cases of proven defect or error on our part. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Optical World. 8. Warranty & Limitations All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
