Same/Next-Day Delivery: Available in Bangalore and metros.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days with standard shipping and 1–3 days with express delivery. Orders in metro cities may arrive within 24 hours. International deliveries take 7–14 business days depending on location and customs.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Optical World accepts all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Google Pay, PhonePe,Paytm and all major payments gateways are accepted . Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for selected locations.
How do I place an Order?
Simply browse our collection, select your eyewear, choose lens options if needed, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and tracking details once it’s placed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to shop at Optical World. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders easily, save your prescriptions, and enjoy exclusive offers and faster checkout in the future.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Click the link to view real-time delivery updates. You can also log in to your Optical World account and check your order status anytime under “My Orders.”
How Can I Return a Product?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Simply go to “My Orders” or contact our customer support with your order details — we’ll guide you through the easy pickup and refund process.
